Styling 101: Natural Living Room Rugs
When it comes to choosing a rug for our living room we believe it is best to choose a natural rug made from sustainable fibres for the health and well being of your family. Natural living room rugs are made from natural fibres like wool , cotton, viscose, jute or even seagrass.

Recently we were involved in a photoshoot for The Collab Society. Lousie from Villa Styling chose our Stone Natural Rug in an extra large size for the living room. The Stone Natural Rug is a practical rug suitable for high traffic wool areas. The large rug not only laid the foundation for the room but anchored all the furniture and artwork within the room.
A Room Full of Neutral Tones
Lousie nailed the brief creating a beautiful space that was warm, inviting and most of all cozy where you would love to snuggle up and read a book.
Working from the floor up Lousie replaced the tiled floors with Hybrid Flooring in Paperbark from Flooring Online. A quick and easy DIY solution for flooring renovations.
Keeping things neutral Louise chose our Braided Wool Rug made of 100% New Zealand Wool in the extra large size of 250 x 350cm. Hand braided or plaited then sewn together this rug is made in India using only the highest quality wool. Fairly made and Goodweave approved this rug ticks all the boxes to last a very long time.
